Rotomolding mold Process
Compared with blow molding and injection molding processes, rotational molding technology has advantages in manufacturing large, complex, and hollow products. Compared with injection molding, its mold cost is extremely low and suitable for small batch products. Compared to blow molding, it can more easily handle products with abnormally complex shapes and uniform wall thickness
Rotational molding
Aluminum mold: The mainstream method is CNC milling to process the entire aluminum plate. It can achieve very high initial accuracy and complex details, with almost no visible seams, and the product surface quality is high.
Steel mold: The mainstream method is to use steel plates for cutting, welding, and forming. It greatly depends on the technical level of the welder. Visible mold lines and welds will be generated, and the surface quality of the produced products will be rough
